Ongoing maintenance is important to ensure the integrity of any water cooler, and on all the water coolers that we sell to customers we offer an ongoing maintenance contract where our engineers will visit on a regular basis to sanitise both the internal and external parts of the water cooler. If customers are unable to use of maintenance service our water cooler sanitisation kits allow for four sanitisations in one year – which is the schedule that we strongly recommend customers following for both bottleless and bottled water coolers.

Bottled and bottleless water coolers should be sanitised once every thirteen weeks and our kits include enough equipment for four sanitisations – thereby providing you with coverage for a year. Cooler Clean who manufacture the kit in Holland have been in the sanitisation business for over ten years.

Our water cooler sanitisation kit has been recommended by the European Bottled Watercooler Association – EBWA - and has been given a Gold Seal by the microbiological testing company NSF.
