Of course, these blogs can also be used for later reference, in case one of these incidents was to occur in the future.
Tap has snapped off: If one of the taps on your cooler has broken, please do get in touch with the home water cooler office as soon as possible, and we will arrange for an engineer to come round and replace it for you, free of charge. When calling, please do let us know if it is the hot, cold or room temperature tap which is faulty.

Drip tray is full: The drip tray, which is infinitely useful for catching excess water from the taps, can be completely removed from the cooler and emptied into the sink. During your quarterly sanitisation, our engineer will completely clean out the driptray as part of the process.
