World Health Day and Water Coolers

During the seminars held on the 7^th April the public was constantly urged to take a drink of water every hour or so. People were constantly reminded that hydration is very important for our health and that it fights the bad bacteria and keeps us strong. Last year people talked about the effects urbanization has on their health. The themes might be different, but there is one important rule for our health that always stays the same – stay hydrated!
